How to purchase the course?

Choose the course you are interested in, pay the cost of the course, after which you have immediate access to the lessons.

What payment methods can I use?

The following payment methods are available: payment via the Internet bank, payment by cards, PayPal.

Do you have a physical store?

No. We work only as an online store.

What should I do if my country is not on the shipping list?

On our website there is a possibility of delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. But we can deliver your order to other places in the world, for this you need to contact us by email: info@jrscrapstudio.com.

What is the quality of the video in the course?

The course takes place in the video format in high quality (4K).

How do I buy a product in the shop?

You select the item you want and add it to your shopping cart. After you place an order, you pay for the order in a way that suits you. After receiving payment, we collect your order within 1-3 business days and ship it.

Are the courses available in record?

All lessons are available in the record.

What should I do if I can't find the product I need in your store?

If you have not found the desired product in our store, you can contact us by email info@jrscrapstudio.com and we will try to help you if it is in our power.

What language is the course in?

The course is held in English.

What does pre-order mean?

Some products we offer for pre-order. This means that it is not in our warehouse, but we can order it for you. The ordinary order processing time does not apply to goods purchased by preorder. The goods will be sent to you as soon as we receive them. The purchase of such goods may take some time.

What should I do if something doesn’t work out for me or I don’t understand the lesson in the course?

Our lessons are very detailed, and we try to make them as clear as possible so that everyone can create a project for our courses. But if suddenly something doesn’t work out for you, you can safely contact us by e-mail info@jrscrapstudio.com or through social networks, and we will definitely help you.

What if I want to buy a product during winter frosts that can be damaged by weather conditions?

During winter frosts, some materials may be damaged. We can offer to send a parcel via Smartpost if the required machines are in the premises. But we cannot guarantee 100% that the materials will not be damaged by frost during transportation.

How long do I have access to the course?

Access to the course is not limited in time.

For what purposes is the course suitable?

Courses are for personal use only. With our courses you can make works for the design team, for sale and for yourself. Courses cannot be used to create custom courses.
