Terms of use for online courses

1. Validity and application of current Terms

1. The General Conditions are valid between the buyer of online courses in the online store https://jrscrapstudio.com (hereinafter referred to as the Client) and the owner of https://jrscrapstudio.com represented by JR Scrap Studio OÜ (hereinafter referred to as JR Scrap Studio) to establish the procedure and rules for the purchase, sale and use as well as resolving issues related to the legal obligations of both parties.
2. In addition to these Terms, all relations between JR Scrap Studio and the Client are governed by the current laws of the Republic of Estonia.

2. Protection of personal data

1. JR Scrap Studio processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other data protection laws.

3. Your profile on the site

1. When visiting the site you can register your profile on it. To do this, you need to provide your personal data and use one of the suggested authentication tools.

4. Prices

1. The prices in the online shop are in euros (EUR).
2. JR Scrap Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice. If the Client has made an order before the price changes take effect, the invoice price is valid for that Client at the time of ordering.

5. Ordering

1. Select the online course you want to purchase on the website and read more about it by clicking on the “More info” button.
2. If you like everything, click on the button "Buy course".
3. When ordering it is necessary to fill in all fields marked *(with an asterisk). After filling the fields, click on the button "Go to payment".
4. The client has the possibility to choose the payment method. Choosing the appropriate payment method, click on the button "Pay".

6. Checkout

1. To pay for the order, the Client can choose the appropriate payment method for himself: 
1. Bank link
2. Credit/debit cards
3. PayPal.
2. Payment processing is provided by the payment platforms Stripe, Montonio, PayPal. The personal data required to make payments are transferred to the owner of the platform.
3. JR Scrap Studio does not store your payment card details or other payment information.
4. The purchase is considered completed from the moment of payment for the order in the JR Scrap Studio online store.

7. Terms of access to the online course

1. After receiving payment, access to all lessons of the online course is provided immediately.
2. Access to all lessons of the online course is not limited in time.

8. Terms of use of the online course

1. Online courses are for personal use only. Through our online courses Client can do work for the design team, for sale and for himself.
2. Online courses cannot be used to create your own courses.
3. The Client cannot share access to the online course (links to lessons and access to your account) with third parties.

9. Withdrawal and return

1. Once you have access to the online course, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
2. Purchased online courses are not subject to return and exchange.

10. Dispute resolution

1. Disputes and disagreements between the Client and JR Scrap Studio are resolved through inter-party negotiations. If the differences cannot be resolved by compromise, each party has the right to defend its rights in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia (by contacting the Consumer Protection Department or the Tallinn City Court).

11. General provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are a full contract between the Client and JR Scrap Studio regarding the use of this site and its content.
2. JR Scrap Studio has the right to amend and clarify the terms at any time by publishing the relevant changes on the site and indicating the date of the latest changes. Any changes made to these Terms and Conditions shall take effect immediately upon publication. If you continue to use the site after such changes, it means that you agree to all changes.

12. Liability and force majeure circumstances

1. JR Scrap Studio and the Client shall be liable to each other for the damage caused to the other party as a result of the violation of the above Terms and Conditions in the manner and in the amount prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
2. JR Scrap Studio shall not be liable to the Client for non-fulfillment of its obligations (delaying the opening of access to online courses or providing access to online courses at other times) and the resulting damage, if this was caused by circumstances that JR Scrap Studio could not foresee or over which it could not influence (i.e., the action of force majeure).
